Father Mina Wahba Youssef was born in the village of
Mit Ghamr, Egypt. He lived there until he graduated from high school and
went to Saint Mark's School of Theology, in Cairo, Egypt, where he earned a
BA in Theology in 1975. Prior to his ordination to the priesthood by His
Holiness Pope Shenouda III on December 22, 1985, Father Mina served in
several villages in Egypt, and eventually came to Saint Mary's Church in Los
Angeles, where he served 8 years before becoming a priest. Pope Shenouda III
then sent him to Saint Mary's Church in El Zaitoun, Egypt, where he spent 1
year and a half, and came back to Rochester, New York, in June 1987. He
finally settled in San Diego, California, on August 5, 1995, and is
currently a priest serving in Saint Demiana's Church. He was promoted to
the rank of Hegomen on January 28, 2007. |

Fr. Kyrillos Ibrahim was born on June 30, 1970. He earned his bachelor
degree in Accounting in 1992 and his CPA in 1994. He served as a deacon,
sunday school teacher and youth leader in Saint Antonius Coptic Orthodox
Church in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1989-2001. In 2001, he moved to
Southern California and served at Saint Demiana Coptic Orthodox Church in
San Diego from 2001-2007. Fr. Kyrillos has taken several courses in the
Diploma Program in Orthodox Studies at the Saint Athanasius Academy of
Orthodox Theology. He was ordained to the Priesthood by His Grace Bishop
Serapion on February 11, 2007 to serve at Saint Demiana Church in San Diego.
